Warren Linney

Warren Linney received a Masters degree from Stanford University in Education and Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Linney is a cofounder of Voters Alliance for Children, a PAC that helps elect legislators with good voting records on children's issues. Mr. Linney is presently an executive in the wireless communications industry. He has been active in the environmental and peace movement for 15 years with groups such as International Rivers Network, Freeze Voters, and Friends of the River.

 

Richard Coates, Board Member

Richard Coates received a Bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of California, Riverside. He is founder and director of "Forest Unlimited", a nonprofit organization based in Sonoma County that watchdogs local timber harvests. He has 15 years experience in education and 10 years experience in the electronics industry.

 

Douglas Fisher, Board Member

Douglas Fisher received his Masters degree in the Teaching of English from Indiana University. He is presently on the faculty of Santa Rosa Junior College where he is a member of the SRJC's Institute for Environmental Education. He lives with his family on 55 acres of second growth forest. He spent a year studying at the University of Tuebingen in Germany.

 

James Harbor, Ph. D.

After completing a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from Humbolt State University, James Harbor received his Doctorate in Genetics from the Stony Brook Campus of the State University of New York. Subsequently he was an Associate of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute while researching aspects of structural immunology at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena. He is particularly interested in environmental monitoring research related to quality of life indicators. He is currently a self-employed technology consultant and lectures on such as microbiology and cancer biology.

 

Ned Perry

Ned Perry is the owner of AlphaGraphics, a full-service print and graphics business which is the printer for World Stewardship Institute and numerous other local nonprofit organizations. Before launching his printing business in 1996, Mr. Perry was a corporate lawyer in New York and Tokyo, Japan. He holds a Bachelors in Political Science from Ohio State University, a License in History from the Sorbonne in Paris, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

 

Jane Eliason

Jane Eliason received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Scripps College in Claremont, California, and a Master's degree of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California. She has had both small and international banking experience . Jane represents WSI at meetings and institutions which formulate national and international environmental standards for business.
